Last updated 2026-08-10
These Terms govern your use of oowa, an advertising and marketing SaaS provided by HOMI AI Inc. (the "Company").
Please read them together with our Privacy Policy before using the Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using oowa (the "Service"), an advertising and marketing SaaS provided by HOMI AI Inc. (the "Company"), and set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and its users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
"Pass" means the right to use the paid features of the Service for the access period set by the Company. "User" means any person who uses the Service under these Terms.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
These Terms take effect when posted within the Service. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, giving notice of the effective date and reason at least 7 days in advance, or at least 30 days in advance where the change is unfavourable to users.
Article 4 (Content of the Service)
The Company provides AI-powered image generation and editing, reference-based generation, object-level editing, and management and download of generated content. The Service is provided 24 hours a day, year-round, though it may be suspended temporarily for maintenance with prior notice.
Article 5 (Types of Pass and Service Period)
A pass is provided immediately upon completion of payment, and the service period is one month from the date of purchase. Once the period expires, the paid features are no longer available under that pass.
Passes are distinguished by their daily image generation limit, which applies regardless of the quality setting selected.
- Studio product shots: up to 40 images per day
- Social ad creatives: up to 50 images per day
- Catalog and detail pages: up to 60 images per day
- Brand lookbook visuals: up to 70 images per day
The daily limit resets at midnight Korea Standard Time. Any unused portion of a day's limit does not carry over to the following day.
Article 6 (Payment)
Fees are those displayed within the Service at the time of payment and are inclusive of value-added tax. The pass is granted immediately upon completion of payment and the Service becomes available at once.
Article 7 (Withdrawal and Refunds)
Users may withdraw their purchase under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. A pass is a service supplied for a fixed period; where use has begun, the amount corresponding to the period already provided is deducted before refund. The detailed criteria and procedure are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Article 8 (User Obligations)
Users must not generate or use content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law or public order, and must not use the Service by improper means or interfere with its normal operation.
Article 9 (Company Obligations)
The Company endeavours to provide a stable service and protects users' personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is not liable for damage caused by force majeure or attributable to the user. Absent wilful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company, its liability for damage arising from use of the Service is limited to the fees paid by that user over the preceding 6 months.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Disputes)
Enquiries may be directed to [email protected] or +82-70-8019-0702. These Terms are construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and jurisdiction over any dispute follows the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
